I joined a class to keep me motivated and switch up my routines to cut down on boredom. Exercising My Way to Health and Wellness
One of the top resolutions and goals for individuals every year is to exercise more. That goal has been on my resolutions list many times and it has made its way back on there again this year. There are several reasons why people fail to meet their workout goals, but for me personally it was boredom, lack of motivation and simply not having enough time, at least those were the excuses I made in order to justify me not working out.
